Our Journey Unveiled: The Evolution of Baltimore Beauties
Carly, the visionary founder of Baltimore Beauties in 2015, started as a mobile service offering on-site hair and makeup for special events, including weddings, commercials, editorials, and her beloved Halloween makeup. With a rich background as an esthetician, makeup artist, and nail technician at Baltimore’s premier spas, Carly’s journey took a transformative turn in 2017 when she embraced the art of microblading through a fundamentals course by Brow Design International. In 2019, she made the leap from the spa world to establish Baltimore Beauties Permanent Makeup Studio, where her passion flourished.
Fast forward to 2022, Carly’s portfolio boasts over 4000 beautifully crafted eyebrows, and she proudly holds the title of “Best Permanent Makeup Artist” for four consecutive years. She is continued her education by learning all eyebrow styles, lip blush, tattoo eyeliner, scar camouflage, scar revision, scalp micropigmentation, saline tattoo removal and more. Baltimore Beauties has not only expanded into a larger studio but has also welcomed new talents to the permanent makeup team. Rebecca joined the team in June 2022, certified in lip blush, tattoo eyeliner, scar camouflauge, scar revision and 3D areola tattoo, she bring diverse skills to the forefront. Rebecca’s a stellar addition to our dedicated team, reflecting our commitment to excellence in the world of permanent makeup.
