Carly, the visionary founder of Baltimore Beauties in 2015, started as a mobile service offering on-site hair and makeup for special events, including weddings, commercials, editorials, and her beloved Halloween makeup. With a rich background as an esthetician, makeup artist, and nail technician at Baltimore’s premier spas, Carly’s journey took a transformative turn in 2017 when she embraced the art of microblading through a fundamentals course by Brow Design International. In 2019, she made the leap from the spa world to establish Baltimore Beauties Permanent Makeup Studio, where her passion flourished. She continued her education by learning from the industry’s leading artists such as Shay Danielle, Will Anthony, Billy DeCola, Bianca Festejo, Jody Stoski, Tina Davies, Jenn Boyd and Teryn Darling.

Distinguished as the recipient of the prestigious “Baltimore’s Best Permanent Makeup Artist” award for four consecutive years (2018-2021) by Baltimore Style magazine, “Best Brows” in Baltimore Wedding Magazine,and “Best Brows” from Baltimore magazine in 2023, Carly’s dedication and talent have made her a trusted name in the industry. Infused with a passion for meticulous details, flawless design, and vibrant colors, she possesses the unique ability to elevate and embellish the inherent beauty of every face she touches. As a Certified Health and Fitness trainer and coach, Rebecca seamlessly integrates her holistic approach to well-being, ensuring that her clients not only look their best but also feel their best. With a keen eye for detail and a heart devoted to empowering others, Rebecca is dedicated to crafting the ideal version of beauty for each individual she serves.
